Making a complaint
Most problems can be sorted quickly. Talk to us first; if that doesn't resolve it, make a formal complaint.
How to complain
- Talk to us: speak to the person concerned or ask for the reception supervisor.
- Write to us as soon as you can, ideally within a few days and no later than 12 months after the event (or after you found out about it). Address it to Sharon O'Brien-Rocks or Sharna Collins at the practice, or email lscicb-mb.bemcpatient@nhs.net.
- Give details: what happened, when and where, and anyone involved.
